Fans of football have experienced an avalanche of shocking news this month. After the transfer of Messi at PSG earlier this month, which shocked everyone, we have another news of Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Juventus and joining Manchester United.
Ronaldo is one of the most successful football players in history. His career started at Manchester United, then he moved on to Real Madrid and then Juventus.

Ronaldo won the first of his five Champions League titles and was first recognized as the world’s best player during six years at United between 2003 and 2009. He scored 118 goals in 292 games, winning three Premier League titles, one FA Cup, and two League Cups.
There was a rumor that Ronaldo was going to join Manchester City. And they were really trying to acquire Cristiano for their club. But Manchester United appointed Sir Alex Ferguson to talk with Ronaldo and join Manchester United.
It is clearly visible that Ronaldo has a lot of respect for his old manager since he joined the club after his persuasion. Cristiano still refers to Sir Alex as “The Boss” and views him very highly.
United has agreed to pay an initial 15 million Euros (17.7 million $) to Juventus and 8 million Euros (9.4 million $) later. Obviously Ronaldo will play as a striker for Manchester United.
During Cristiano’s time in Manchester, he wore a No. 7 jersey which is also related to luck. Manchester has officially announced that Ronaldo will wear his iconic No. 7 shirt again and play for the team.
